charged my card with an amount three times higher
After more than half a year of not using my server, Zap-Hosting suddenly charged my card with an amount three times higher than my initial rental. I had even blocked auto-payments on my bank’s side, yet they still managed to withdraw the money. UPD Zap-Hosting can charge higher amounts even for an inactive server and refuses to refund. Refunds are only possible for the first payment within 14 days; all other payments are non-refundable.
