How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses... See more

Fantastic help desk service to sort out a problem on our water account which I didn't understand. Exceeded all expectations and resolved my issue and more.
The letter I received wasn't overcomplicated and full of useless pages. Set up was nice and easy, I'm a first time bill payer so this made it a lot less stressful than I expected. Prices are good also I won't complain about that. thankyou :)
