How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses... See more

Pretty poor. Online account unreliable, half the time does not accept password or then says no property linked to account. Then call and no relevant options. Frustrating.
The lady I spoke to today her name is Chloe she was really nice and very helpful she explained everything to me about my query about my bill and with my health condition it was very kind of her she was very helpful and explained properly to me thanks.

The customer service was excellent during my call today. My issue was in getting an external leak sorted which is taking a long time due to availability of tradesmen, plumbers, groundwork and engineers. Yorkshire water were very helpful and set me on the right track to resolve matters.

When we close the account it shows a big amount to settle the account .We sure we dont have that much of water usage .we dont know how this outstanding came to us and there is no breakdown for the payment we done.
Brilliant customer service 😊 Advisor clearly explained all my options and how usage and meter reading system works. I'm autistic so needed the advisor to go through the information several times so I could process it properly. Nothing was too much trouble and he definitely went the extra mile for me 👍 He came up with a much better way for me to pay my water bill. He was patient, caring and knowledgeable. I felt so reassured and empowered with what will happen moving forward after the phone call.
