Unprofessional and condescending conduct
Called to ask questions regarding pricing of services, levels of service, and their integration with the individual/specialized attorney services offered on the website. The "sales rep" was extremely condescending and dismissive. Not only did she use unprofessional language and tone of voice, but she repeatedly miscited information clearly presented on the website, as well as offering unsolicited, legally incorrect advice, informing me I was interested in a different type of service than the ones I was inquiring about. After that, I tried one more time to use this service, intending to simply have them as a registered agent and thinking that if I didn't interact with anyone, the benefit of the supposed attorney client privilege would outweigh the cost. Not only is the price on the website wrong (it doubled when I checked out, which wasn't noticeable until after I paid), then when I logged into their portal, it automatically signs you up for the same service for the following year (labeled as a service subscription) at OVER FIVE TIMES the amount advertised on their webpage. When I called to talk to someone about that and see if it was just some sort of clerical error (and to be fair, this person was actually more polite), I was told "yeah, sorry, we haven't gotten around to updating our actual prices on our webpage, and we don't know when that will happen", and "our system just automatically subscribes you at that rate" ...and this is from an attorney's office... At least this representative was kind enough to cancel the service and provide a refund. Conclusion: this business has some good information on their web pages. It's well thought out, and relatively useful. Their services are the bottom of the barrel when it comes to price and professionalism, however. I recently spoke to someone who used them to register their LLC, and it took them almost two months, including multiple submitted tickets and multiple phone calls, to post his (as-promised and purchased) operating agreement to their portal, citing technical difficulties uploading to the portal. I have since used one of their "$25" competitors as a registered agent for multiple businesses. I have gotten someone respectful and competent on the phone when I had issues or needed clarification, and it was actually $25...with no upcharge etc. for follow-ons. Lesson learned.

Buyer Beware and Consider Other Options
I am honestly surprised there are ANY 5 star reviews for this company. If I could give it zero stars, I would. They were not helpful or responsive during the process of not being helpful. I had to follow up continuously, and was told the process just takes a long time when I followed up every several weeks. In making contact, I waited on hold upward of an hour each time I called, and only sometimes got through before I gave up. The option to have someone call back never worked for me. Inquiries through their client portal went unanswered. This process started in July and they never accomplished getting my company registered in WY. Beyond that, they harmed my business and have caused it great inconvenience and additional expense to fix the problem they created. In the process of taking forever and passing my file between several different staff members who didn't seem to understand the corporate process needed, they also separately created a Wyoming company for another client using my corporate name WHICH I indicated from the start we wanted to protect and be sure to use (which they did nothing to note, protect or reserve for use). So, thanks to their actions, or lack thereof, we lost the corporate name the company has used since 1999 and will have to change the corporate name in order to do business in Wyoming. And the staff person who responded to my inquiry about my inquiry after discovering this new company had been filed gave me the 'you snooze you lose' response, while attempting to apologize, explaining (repeatedly) that the other client had every right to file using that name and just got it completed before I did (which Wyoming LLC Attorney was supposed to accomplish for us as it was in their hands). Seriously beware, do your homework and consider other options among the multitude of corporate formation and registered agent services in WY. Ask a lot of questions, be sure the service you hire is responsive, attentive and you are able to get a hold of them. I couldn't be more disappointed and infuriated with the experience of having chosen this one to work with.

The LLC was incorporated within 24 hours as promised, but impossible to get a response from the support. I paid $175 for an EIN but have absolutely no news about it even after sending several emails. What is the point of an LLC without an EIN? Very disapointed.

They are very quick to process your sale and take your money but zero actual customer support once the order is placed Nobody answers any customer support tickets or phone calls Honestly there are services that do filing for 80% less of their price with better service - AVOID AT ALL COSTS

Not like they used to be
Two years ago I was able to get a response from them within 24 hours, now it takes them 30 days to get back, even if it's an urgent question. I don't understand what happened with them and I'm therefore thinking about getting a new Registered Agent Edit: I forgot to mention that their Mail Forwarding is a mess too. It takes them up to 2 months to scan incoming mail and notify you. If you expect to receive important documents like invoices, be prepared to be in trouble.

SCAM I've been on the phone with about 7 different people over the past few weeks. They STILL haven't set up my entity. I was told it would take 5-7 business days. It's been over a month. Every time I wait to speak with someone on the phone, they assure me this is the last time I'll have to call and then they disappear. What do I do now? Do I call the police? Get a lawyer?
