Significant Improvement so used them to est. my LLC.
(UPDATE Feb. 17, 2024) After posting my review, Wyoming LLC has contacted me, listened to the issues, problems, and frustrations I encountered. Since then, they have improved communications, consistantly replied quickly to inquiries and shown improvement in client support and resolving problems as they have come up. This significantly improved my impression of their services to the point I used them to establish my LLC. The fact they made an effort to listen and improve went a long way. Thank you. ............................................. SCAM ! Paid to register an LLC then got an email saying the name was taken. But 30 min before submitting the form, the Wyoming Secretary of State`s LLC database said it was available. Emails say to try agin with 3 different names but no way to do that on the system. And no reply to emails. Emails come from @cloudpeaklaw.zendesk.com then another email from Andrea Hernandez Cloud Peak Law Group, P.C. Estate, Family & Wealth Protection Planning Their reviews are incredibly bad too. "Scam". "No response." "No service", etc... AND...can`t find her name anywhere, in any legal directory. DO NOT PUT YOUR PERSONAL INFO INTO THEIR SITE ! Definately a SCAM ! No reply to emails, no contact at all. Will be contacting the credit card company to file a complaint.

Very bad company and scam
Very bad company and scam I have been unable to reach them out by phone and no emails have been returned. Email are dealt with before payment and after payment is done careless attitude kicks off.. chasing the mirage Do not come around this scam

Absolutely Bad Experience
My LLC company was established on August 14th. EIN number was not supposed to arrive in 21-45 days. But it's October 26th and it still hasn't arrived. The last 5 emails were not returned. If it had been done with the ITIN number when applying for EIN, it could have been resolved in a few days. DEFINITELY REGRET

Did not call me for appointment, No reply to email, No one answered my call.
The lawyer did not call at scheduled time. Did not reply to any email about calling or rescheduling. No one answers the customer service line. Basically charged $100 for a service they did not provide or try to provide.

terrible experience.
terrible experience, terrible customer service, and impossible to reach someone to speak to. They never reply to emails. On top of that, they gave us the wrong registered agent address which was rejected 3 times by the state. Until today no resolution... if no response in the next 3 days, I'm calling my bank to file a complaint.

Sketchy, weird affiliates
I keep receiving strange spam messages that come back to Cloud Peak Law Group LLC. I have gotten tons of these messages from different people claiming to be different companies, but it looks like most of these companies are fake... Many of them have one mailing address and one physical address. When I looked up the physical address (across multiple scams), it keeps coming back to 1300 Coffeen Ave Suite 1200 Sheridan WY which comes back to Cloud Peak Law group, aka Wyoming LLC Attorney. On occasion, there is an address listed as 30 N Gould Street, Sheridan WY, which also comes back to Cloud Peak/Wyoming LLC. Wyoming LLC is a LLC firm with a mail forwarding service-- I'm wondering if scam companies are using the mail forwarding service to have a legit address? Or maybe Wyoming LLC et al are crooks. Anyway, I wanted to let you know... I can forward copies of the spam mail if that is helpful. But basically there are a bunch of fake websites that claim to share your address... my guess is that they are probably scammers who use your mail forwarding service to make it look like they have an address. A lot of these people have been contacting me and I cannot get them to stop and I would appreciate if you took action on this immediately. Here are a couple examples: dmtechlabs dot us, indrastra dot com, xpataxsolutions dot com, panamericansolutions dot com, etc.

Please stay away from this company. They don't respond, lost several checks that came in the mail, found them later, and have very bad customer service. you will be better off going anywhere else in WY.
