All this company cares about is payment. They charged my credit card without authorization. When I tried to email and call them, they don't return calls or emails. Lots of companies out there better treatment than this. I been with this company from 2020 and I will be finding another company. They will not allow you to delete credit card on file. I called to dispute charges to get my money back, then they charged the second card on file. I had to tell both credit card companies to reject any charge coming from them.

They completely ignore support tickets. I paid for and registered my franchise tax in Deleware - now it seems they did not do it right and my company is under administration! Update: After I changed my agents they even went and changed it back without asking me! Now I have to pay twice! Stay away!

I have had multiple interactions with Customer Service
I have had multiple interactions with Sales and Customer service in setting up my LLC but no one has stood out more than a gentleman named Johnny in Customer Service. I spoke with him, he was able to rectify an issue I had that his peer could not get accomplish in over 17 hours, but Johnny was able to accomplish the task in under an hour and a half for me. Outstanding support and service from him and he needs a raise.

Dishonest people
This company unilaterally billed us and our other companies up for a $179 per year contract, almost double what we had agreed to pay when the companies were set up. Their incorporation page does not work either. They ignore most support tickets. They have really gone downhill.

Misleading and very poor communication
I chose this company because they offered help with opening a business bank account. What this translates to is them referring me to Mercury bank (using their referral code) which is a Neo bank. My application to Mercury was rejected and they do not provide any reason as to why. I really don't consider this as assistance with setting up a bank account (a neo bank is not the same as a real bank account) and feel pretty cheated. The communication with Wyoming LLC Attorney is also pretty poor. They take weeks to reply to emails.

They never applied for a bank accountβ¦
They never applied for a bank account on my behalf, I had to contact the bank numerous times and nothing could be found. Last week I paid extra for an EIN which should be done within a day and still nothing, I emailed customer support a few days ago and obviously no response from their side.
