SCAM. AVOID!
SCAM. They charge $299 plus an additional $450 for state fees, although we do not order those services. This is utterly absurd, especially considering their lack of responsiveness to emails. Cancellation of services doesn't work - clicking the button offers to dissolve the company only, but not to cancel the services. Just avoid them.

Don't use this service!
Scammers! They increased fees massively from 99$ last year to charging 299$ plus $450 state fees. This is ridiculous they do not respond to emails. They charged an additional late fee of $250 despite filing it before the state's March 1st deadline. All of the charges were made without permission, this is fraudulent!

Filed wrong information, no answer from them at all, yet they sure know how to charge you automatically.
Last year they made a mistake in our filing (Delaware - they don't seem to offer that anymore for new clients). They never answered, let alone apologised. I had to refile myself at my own cost. This year, I tried to call, email, send messages etc... to avoid the same issue : not even an acknowledgement or a single reply. I am finally changing agent but it's proving impossible to stop them from trying to automatically debit our account (fun fact: you can't cancel services online, and as you can't get in touch with them... nothing you can do!) - it's beyond belief. I don't really like writing bad reviews, but boy, they deserve it. So bad and so stressful. My tip : test the support line of the agent you're thinking of hiring. And don't waste your time here.

Horrible support
I am posting this review because it looks like they messed up and registered duplicate entities using both the preferred AND alternative names I chose. When I went to call to ask them about this, I was unable to get through on phone...it just endlessly loops hold music for over 30m. They don't respond quickly to emails either. Post sale support is horrible. Their registration interface is fairly sleek...disappointing because based on this experience I do not think I will trust them for other registrations I plan on doing in the state.

I am sad that I must choose this way
I am sad that I must choose this way to complain, but since five days there is neither response on Emails nor on messages on their website-platform. And phone calls end up in an endless waiting queue, and the call back routine does not accept my phone number. The only thing I want is a revised Certificate on incumbency which was filed wrong. Very disappointing since the other first filings and documents came very quick and correctly

Very disappointed. Difficult to work with them. They do not respond to emails or follow instructions. It's been an absolute nightmare getting any mail forwarded. I do not recommend them.

Avoid using this company for your business needs! I engaged with them to register my LLC and paid a hefty $170 just for an EIN number. Despite reaching out to them consistently over the course of more than a month, I received no response. Frustrated, I sought help from a service provider on Fiverr after a month had passed, only to discover that the EIN had not been submitted to the IRS at all! Beware of this SCAM; I plan to take legal action to secure a refund.
