They completely ignore support tickets, screwed up on my franchise tax and then changed agents without asking
They completely ignore support tickets. I paid for and registered my franchise tax in Deleware - now it seems they did not do it right and my company is under administration! Update: After I changed my agents they even went and changed it back without asking me! Now I have to pay twice! Stay away!
