Ordered 2 pair of sneaker for Christmas…
Ordered 2 pair of sneaker for Christmas I received an email the next day saying my order has been shipped. I’ve tracked it for 12 days. Christmas has come and gone each day the tracking info says label printed however the shipping company has not received. Since it’s been “shipped” the order can’t be canceled. Called customer service waited on hold for 55 minutes. The agent was awesome, very polite. My order is being sent next day shipping. I’m giving them a 4 star rating because they fixed the problem. But the phone wait time and the order not being received for Christmas...so I can’t rate them 5 star.
