Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Used Zest a few times now.Making a booking is easy and straight forward.Prices are always reasonable with good rates of insurance . Even the same car company in Portugal (Drive on holidays.....who are also very good) Hope to use Zest again

Puncture paid for
Good car but unfortunately we got a puncture in Italy & needed a new tyre. Zest insurance paid in full for this.

Never again
The Zest prices were competitive and the booking process was easy BUT that's where the positives end. I experienced a shockingly aggressive and intimidating check-in experience at Pisa airport (Autovia), was assigned a car that was parked in a far corner, hemmed in by 4 other cars (taking an Autovia guy 12 manoeuvres to remove) and now my Β£135 claim for tow truck charges, with Zest's Top Up provider (Orchard), has been turned down - essentially because the car was unharmed, having been partially stuck in a storm gulley in pouring rain. I have been offered a pathetic 5% off a future booking, wasted Β£29.75 on the top-up policy and have to swallow the Β£135 tow truck charge.
