Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Confidence inspiring service.
Good choice of vehicles at a reasonable price. All communications were prompt and clear. Knowing that I could safely decline the multitude of βessentialβ insurance add-ons that every car hire company try to push as my cover through Zest provided all that I required was a great relief. In fact, as soon as I pointed out to the company that I had arranged everything through Zest the hard sell stopped.

Used ZEST for the first time and was extemely satisfied
Used ZEST for the first time and was very reassured of the information provided on their website. The hire company we collected our car from gave us a little cause for concern as they did not have a conventional collection counter at the airport in Marrakech. The car condition was satisfactory but we had make sure we pointed out all the existing scuffs, marks and bumps on the car on the paperwork. We dealt with the agent at the far end of the airport car park. I guess this is how things are done in Morocco when hiring cheap. Overall the car was good and suited our needs. Would use Zest again with the excess insurance cover for peace of mind.
