Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

We're still waiting after 3 months forβ¦
We're still waiting after 3 months for insurance settlement after paying for the premium Top Up insurance package. We were told that the claim should be processed within days but depsite many conversations and reassurances, we are still waiting. Zest have really let themselves down here - up until we had the littel accident, and through the ealry claims process they were great. Sadly, cannot recomme3nd and will be unwilling to use them again.

First time user
Used Zest for first time to rent a car from Catania Airport in Sicily. Had never used a rental broker/agent before either, always booking direct with rental companies. Zest offered a range of rental companies to choose from, at prices more competitive than Avis, who I usually use. I went with Locauto who I hadnβt heard of but who are local agents for Alamo, from whom I have rented before with no issues. All went well with efficient check in, free vehicle upgrade, good deal on fuel and efficient return with no issues over damage claimed etc. I will definitely use Zest again, and though I had no issues with the hire company, other travellers tell me Zest are excellent at sorting things out if things go wrong.

Excellent service from Zest who booked us a hire car with "Go By Car" at Mahon airport in Menorca. Our car was in excellent condition and the collection & return process was handled quickly and efficiently. Based on our experience, we can recommend both Zest & Go By Car.

Great service. Originally booked a car in February, but found that the price had practically halved by June, contacted Zest and they rebooked at the new price with no quibble at all. I'll certainly use Zest again.

I usually hate renting a car
I usually hate renting a car, I find it a stressful experience. Being at the customer service desk of some obscure rental company in a foreign country, being at the mercy of someone who is trained to push extra insurance onto me or who charges me big money on return of the car for tiny scratches that have been there all along normally gives me the feeling of being out there in the wild west - on my own! But to my pleasant surprise things were different this time. This was my first time dealing with Zest and for a change, renting was a pleasant experience. I was told from the start what to expect, the amount that would be blocked as a deposit, the rental procedure incl. clear instructions on where to pick up the car and what to do if the flight was delayed. And - very important to me - I knew there was 24-hour phone support available in case something went wrong. It wasn't needed this time but knowing that someone would pick up the phone in case of trouble was very reassuring. So it was all plain sailing, the rental company Centauro in Rome Fiumicino handed me a very decent car and professionally handled everything. They even answered their phone (in English!), when my flight was indeed delayed and when I needed advise on driving restrictions in Rome. This rental experience went some way to convince me that there are decent and customer-focused operators around I will certainly deal with Zest again, thank you!

They are a broker rather than a car hire company but found them very good. Website clear with good information and easy to use. Pricing competitive and they provided me with a good car hire company when I was in Portugal. I would use again if abroad.
