Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

I cancelled my booking and no refund
I cancelled my car rental booking on the 16th June and still not had a refund of Β£297. Customer service just tell me itβs the banks fault, my bank have no record of the refund. I would not use this company again. So please be very wary as itβs only when things go wrong you find out how bad a company it. My next step is to seek legal advice to recoup my funds and the legal costs as this is now a matter of principle.

My go-to now for car rental
Excellent service from both Zest and the rental company (MasterKings - Faro). Always a bit wary when booking cars overseas so phoned up Zest beforehand who did put my mind at rest. I was somewhat sceptical about the low price I got quoted but was pleasantly surprised. 30,000K nice Skoda Fabia. No issues handing back having taken the pre-requisite photos beforehand. The deposit never made it out of my account and follow up communication to get my transponder deposit back was excellent. Zest is my go-to now for car rental abroad.

From booking the car through Zest to return it to the rental company in Portugal there was no problem or stress issues. I will book my next holiday car through Zest company again in the near future.

Great service from Zest
Once again we booked car hire with Zest and were very pleased. This time it was from Milan with Noleggiare. They are not based in Linate airport but we made a call and were collected in about 15 minutes. Their pink logo is easy to spot. Very short ride to their office. Car was great and better than that booked, as automatic and hybrid.
