I cancelled my booking and no refund
I cancelled my car rental booking on the 16th June and still not had a refund of £297. Customer service just tell me it’s the banks fault, my bank have no record of the refund. I would not use this company again. So please be very wary as it’s only when things go wrong you find out how bad a company it. My next step is to seek legal advice to recoup my funds and the legal costs as this is now a matter of principle.
