Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

They make it all so easy
They make it all so easy. Hired the car online, in Faro, Portugal. good price but the best of it is no deposit. Holidays are expensive and we don't all have big limits on our cards, so it makes it a lot easier for people to reach and get that holiday they want. I also purchased full protection insurance. Nothing to worry about on whole trip except where to eat. The car I originally hired, I was browsing at site one day and saw a bigger car for same money on a deal they had. No problem, contacted them and within minutes my they had sent a new voucher and job was done. This is my third year hiring with Zest and EPI Faro. Honestly I wouldn't go anywhere else. You've a contact number you can ring if required and someone will actually answer the phone. That's rare these days. Although, I've only ever given the voucher I printed off, copy of my license and away. Excellent service. One less thing to worry about, no cowboysπ

A great service provided by Zest. I felt confident that I was not going to be required to pay for extras normally applied by car hire companies when picking up the vehicle. I will definatly use Zest again when hiring vehicles abroad

Great service from Zest
Great service from Zest. Competitive prices and customer service excellent especially when I had queries about having comprehensive cover to avoid the hard sell for extra cover when picking up the car. Booked the car hire when I booked the flights and then with a week to go was able to cancel free of charge in order to get a better which had appeared.

Great and efficient experience. Clear and straightforward booking process with a good choice of rental providers and vehicles. Pricing was good and competitive and the best I could find. Car pick-Uk and drop off was seamless and took only a few minutes each time. Zest is always my first choice for car rental.

Florence airport nightmare car rental experience
The car rental companies Zest have arrangements with at Florence airport have rental offices off airport site with an inadequate and irregular mini shuttle bus with no luggage/stroller provision. Zest contract to rent cars with franchisee who hold a number of franchises and whose offices are understaffed resulting in long delays when picking up or dropping off vehicles . The rental agency do not provide any information about returning car which can also lead to delays . Therefore more than normal time needs to be allocated to return car especially if using mini bus shuttle to get to terminal. Zest give no warning or advice on how to deal with picking up or dropping off vehicles at this airport. Although the rental agency offices and car pound is visible from the airport terminal building ,walking involves negotiating a number of busy roads and there is no designated walking route. This is possible by leaving luggage with a party member at the airport terminal if necessary . The vehicle when we finally received it was nearly new with no problems.

Excellent choice of cars and easy to use website. Customer Service were quick to reply to a query I had before and during booking. Master Kings were easy to deal with both on arrival and departure and the Desk was only a 2 minute walk from airport in the Car park

Love the search filters on the website
The website is so simple and clear. We had six adults plus loads of luggage so the search filters helped me to find exactly the right car. Excess insurance cover was included and the top-up insurance wasn't too expensive so I went for that too as I know how expensive a key fob is these days. Pre and post pickup emails from zest were also very helpful especially as it's easy to forget the detail until the day you arrive. The car was also exactly as advertised. Will definitely use Zest again.
