Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Appreciate their help in resolving my issue
Very disappointing and Β£160 down due to misinformation on the contract! Which has since been edited! After arriving in a foreign country at midnight, after 12hrs of travelling, we went to collect our hire car which was booked through Zest. The contract stated a refundable deposit of β¬1800 was needed on a credit card! I made sure I had that available purposely. Only to be told , on arrival, it was β¬2100! I didnβt have that available! Here we were at midnight, 30 minutes away from accommodation and no clue what we were going to do! The lady at the car rental checked the contract and took a photo to send to her boss! I wish I had too! It clearly stated β¬1800 which I know because I triple checked before booking! Thankfully the car hire company gave us a solution however it would mean paying an extra non refundable Β£160.00. She told me I could possibly claim it back from the broker when I return home. Upon returning home I completed a feedback form for Zest, where I explained the situation and that I would contact directly to address the issue! Lo and behold I have just checked the contract again and magically it now says β¬2100, make of it what you will! Underhand I say! Updated Zest have rectified the problem and I appreciate that.

True measure of Service
Very impressed with the service from Zest and all contacts from Zest were efficient, professional and informative. However often the real true measure of service performance is responding when something goes wrong (which can happen anytime) and although we had a slight issue with rented car, Zest and the car hire company responded quickly and efficiently and helped resolve the issue to our complete satisfaction I can see why βWhichβ highly recommends Zest as would I.

Car Rental made simple
It's the third time I have used Zest for car hire at Faro airport. It is so easy. After booking online you walk to the pick up point and in under 3 minutes you are on the road. Return is even easier. Fabulous experience.
