Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Good value for money car rental
Efficient pickup from airport. Car supplied was up to expectations. Return of car was fast and efficient. One reservation Office hours at Carcassonne could be a bit restrictive. It worked well for us due to our flight times.

Unfounded scepticism - great service
I must admit was a little sceptical at how Zest could offer such a good deal over booking with the named car hire company (Alamo) directly, but I should have had no worries. The procedure to pick up the car from Orlando airport was stress free as was dropping it off. All round it was a great experience using Zest and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding our recent rental experience, which was significantly mishandled on your end and resulted in additional, unjust charges totaling β¬66, as well as considerable stress and inconvenience. We were charged an unexpected β¬33 fee due to a flight delayβsomething completely outside of our control. More concerning, however, is that despite receiving confirmation from Zest that our early check-out was arranged with the local rental provider, we arrived to find that no such communication had taken place. This breakdown in communication not only led to extra costs but also created a high-risk situation where we could easily have missed our flight, had there not been someone available at the rental desk by chance. Zest confirmed all arrangements had been made, yet clearly failed to follow through. This experience reflects a serious lapse in service and reliability on your part. We relied on your assurance and were let down at every step. Given the poor handling of this rental and the extra financial burden caused entirely by your team's failure to communicate with the rental provider, I am requesting a full refund of the Β£90.00 we paid for the rental. Anything less would be unacceptable in light of the circumstances.

Absolutely useless and dishonest
Absolutely useless. Made a booking. Get an email next day saying they canβt confirm booking. Try to rebook me for more money with another rental company, far more poorly reviewed, and want to charge for extras they didnβt previously charge for.

Trouble free rental
Received great communication from the customer service team. The car rental was trouble free and as described. Have used Zest before and never experienced an issue, which is what you want when hiring a vehicle abroad. Will use again on my next trip.

A good service
We have been hiring cars in Europe for more than 20 years and I must say that our experience with Zest was one of the best we have ever had. The booking process, pick-up and drop-off all went very smoothly. Particularly welcome was the absence of the hard sell of insurance at the pick-up desk. We booked a Ford Tourneo as we needed to accommodate 5 adults and their luggage. It was a good choice although the linking to the satnav display took a little time to master!
