I am writing to formally raise a complaint regarding our recent rental experience, which was significantly mishandled on your end and resulted in additional, unjust charges totaling €66, as well as considerable stress and inconvenience. We were charged an unexpected €33 fee due to a flight delay—something completely outside of our control. More concerning, however, is that despite receiving confirmation from Zest that our early check-out was arranged with the local rental provider, we arrived to find that no such communication had taken place. This breakdown in communication not only led to extra costs but also created a high-risk situation where we could easily have missed our flight, had there not been someone available at the rental desk by chance. Zest confirmed all arrangements had been made, yet clearly failed to follow through. This experience reflects a serious lapse in service and reliability on your part. We relied on your assurance and were let down at every step. Given the poor handling of this rental and the extra financial burden caused entirely by your team's failure to communicate with the rental provider, I am requesting a full refund of the £90.00 we paid for the rental. Anything less would be unacceptable in light of the circumstances.
