Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Zest car rental faro airport
Good clear details on the web page,plenty of options and simple instructions. Once booking was made,quick simple emails with full information on how to pick up car. No pressure to take any options that were offered. At faro airport everything went as planned quickly and efficiently.

Superb service
My family were travelling to Faro Airport with Ryanair. Initially our flight was held on the tarmac for 2 hours. I rang Zest Cars UK and their service was excellent. Ringing me back to confirm someone would be monitoring the flight and meet me to sort the pickup out at the airport. An hour later due to the delay I was forced to cancel the booking. This was a simple task via their website. All Zest charges are very clearly displayed and transparent. An excellent car rental firm. I am happy to recommend.

Value for money
Value for money! I have used Zest the past couple of years and I am really happy with their service. They have good prices and good coverage on cars. When you book via them all info before hand is clear so you can find the car without an issue at your destination. If anything is up they have very friendly customer service. Prices are good and they have a great optional coverage. Next time I will certainly book via Zest again.

Totally let down.
We booked and paid Β£174.65 for a Volvo V40 Automatic or similar for 5 days through Zest. The hire vehicle was confirmed as providing 5 seats, 4 doors, 3 bags. When we arrived at Munich Airport, we were informed by the car hire representative that all we were entitled to was a Corsa. We were a party of 4 with luggage so that was totally unacceptable. We had to pay an additional charge of Β£220 to hire a car which would accommodate us. The representative told us the problem was with the level we booked via Zest and there was nothing he could do about it. How can that happen if we were expecting a Volvo automatic or similar? A Corsa is hardly similar!Β We contacted Zest about our experience and apart from an acknowledgment, have received no further response. We feel totally let down by Zest and the whole episode ruined the start of our holiday. Needless to say, we will never use Zest again.
