Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Great customer service
We always get great customer service from Zest. This time when I checked the price on their website a few days before departure and it had dropped by Β£80. I rang the call centre and they rebooked the same car at the lower price and refunded the difference. Despite concerns about Green Motion (my previous excess insurance provider wouldn't insure cars hired from Green Motion), Zest reassured me they had no issues with Green Motion in Chania, Crete and, in fact, they turned out to be excellent.

Excellent friendly service. This is the second time we have used zest when booking a vehicle in Portugal. The pick up and drop off is communicated thoroughly in advance and well signposted at Faro airport. The staff are helpful and accommodating and the vehicles are always very clean and new. Would highly recommend zest. The booking online is extremely easy and flexible and the pricing is outstanding. Canβt fault them.
