Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Zest car rental
Zest car rental take the uncertainty out of car hire by providing detailed information at every stage, you also have them as a backup should there be any problems. We have been very happy with their services and will continue to use them for all our foreign car rentals.

We use Zest every time we need a car. They are reliable, cheap, easy to use and we never had issues even when we needed to pay for some damages our car suffered. It’s our safe place for our holidays :)

Do everything you expect and more…
Do everything you expect and more helped us out with diverted flight causing long delay well into early hours and arranged car hire company to be there and between them and elephant car hire at Paphos airport made the start of our holiday just that bit easier. The car was 1st rate and deposit refunded within 48 hours

Excellent company to deal with . Easy to use website with a good choice of rental vehicles at very competitive prices. Good communication throughout with calls answered promptly with friendly and helpful staff. Would definitely recommend.

Very poor
Very poor - they just act as a broker and take the side of the car hire company in a dispute. I complained about the dodgy experience I had and just got exactly the same line from them as the car hire company had given me. You’re better off booking direct and avoiding the middle man who don’t help in any way and have uncompromising customer service. The car hire company tried to take over £1000 from my bank and Zest didn’t address their actions at all - simply taking their side the whole way.

I will use again
I have used Zest twice in the last year for car rental from Faro airport, Portugal, booking vehicles from MasterKing through Zest. Excellent experience at arrival and drop off and swift response to minor issues. I like their option to choose comprehensive insurance.

Simply could not have been any easier
Simply could not have been any easier. Simple online booking process two days before our holiday. On arrival, made our way to Car Park 4 at Faro as instructed where a lovely, pleasant lady was waiting for us. Paperwork done and in the car in five minutes. Returned to the drop off point at Departures, again a staff member was there waiting, handed the car over and straight into the building. Easiest, most hassle-free car hire I have ever done.
