Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Great prices, great customer service.
I've used Zest twice now and I've been impressed with the prices, selection of cars on offer and customer service. When I needed to call once I was able to speak to someone quickly and they solved the issue for me me straight away. In the past I've always avoided car hire brokers because I've found that once the voucher has been purchased, it's very difficult to get any kind of support. Zest has been the opposite and so far I've been very impressed.

Easy and efficient
Easy to book, good communication throughout the process. On arrival in Faro, easy to find office and quick and efficient check in and paperwork. Car was clean and ready. Return process explained in full. Friendly staff and all in all efficient in all areas. Always use when we travel to Faro about 4 times a year.

I always use Zest because they are the best
I have used Zest cars for some years now. Having read a superb article in 'Which' magazine which for many reasons applauded this company I decided to explore and compare their services to others and I have never looked back. I like the transparency of their pricing structure. I like to add the extra insurance cover with them so I I will receive no hassle for more monies at the other end. I feel reassured by this award winning company and I would and do actively promote the use of them to others.
