Great customer service
We always get great customer service from Zest. This time when I checked the price on their website a few days before departure and it had dropped by £80. I rang the call centre and they rebooked the same car at the lower price and refunded the difference. Despite concerns about Green Motion (my previous excess insurance provider wouldn't insure cars hired from Green Motion), Zest reassured me they had no issues with Green Motion in Chania, Crete and, in fact, they turned out to be excellent.
