Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

I chose Zest because of the excellent ratings on Which magazine. First time I am hiring a car in Portugal and because I have two young children I needed as least stress as possible. I have just collected the car from Waygo on Lisbon and I have had excellent service. Did not need to wait too long at all. Overall I am very satisfied and car was in very good condition.

First Class Service from Arnold Clark
We have hired a car from Arnold Clark in Inverness before. There is a regular minibus to transport you the 15 minutes trip to and from the airport. The vehicles are in excellent condition, often a category higher than booked!! The staff are all very friendly and helpful. We will definitely use them again.

Harsh Penalty for delayed pickup
I was severely penalised (170 euro)for a delay of just over an hour in pickup. The local company (Noleggoiare in Pisa) enforced an (unwritten) rule of 1 hour to label a 'No Show'. Lesson learnt, always to inform Zest of any delay! Neither Zest nor Noleggiare showed any flexibility.. never experienced this before - in similar situations wrt rental pickup delays. The main reason for delay was an inefficient Shuttle Bus service for the Car Hire office/terminal. UPDATE I have changed this review from 1 star to 4 stars - after a very productive call from Zest. A sincere apology and refund, as well as a full investigation into the actions of the local company. Which were not up to the standards Zest expect. (or most customers...)

Excellent experience of car hire at airport
Excellent experience of car hire at the airport within walking distance of terminal, requested a car seat and available on arrival. Easy drop off, no problems. Communication very good throughout process and very reasonable.

Nice and simple overall excellent experience β¦
From booking to vehicle pickup and return everything went well. No pressure to purchase additional cover from the vehicle hire centre Master Kings Lagos (though we had taken out Zests damage policy covering all external damage liabilities) Car did have a few scrapes but clearly identified on accompanying paperwork and on return accepted as having no further. Damage deposit was returned within 2 days.

Yet another great hire !
Have used Zest for many years now & found the whole process to be seamless from start to finish, with an easy to use website and great prices for car hire. Everything explained well on the website including the insurance top up bit which is always worth having. Used by me multiple times & by my family we will continue to be loyal Zest customers.
