Great customer service
Great customer service, good price on a Hertz car and a brand new vehicle. Easy collection and drop off in Dublin. Will definitely use Zest again.
Great customer support
The booking process was intuitive and customer support when I had a query over return of the security deposit was prompt and friendly. The local rental company Fontana that Zest use in Cyprus was excellent.

I always use Zest for my car rental bookings as they are so helpful if you do happen to have queries or issues occur. I needed a late change of dates as my husband suffered an injury and needed an operation but this was all dealt swiftly and with a refund for unused dates. I also always use Centauro cars in Alicante airport via Zest as the cars are always really good.

Highly recommended hassle free rental
I have used zest rental on two occasions now and on each occasion I’ve been very happy. They are very accommodating switching cars for me at no charge and with ease. I’ve found that the companies they used were great and it gives me confidence in using them instead of a bigger well known and more expensive rental. A big plus is that on both occasions I was not pressured to buy the extra insurance. It was mentioned but when declined I was not then subject to a sales pitch designed to scare you into buying vastly inflated insurance. I would highly recommend.

Superb Customer Service from Zest.
Zest service was above and beyond. Picking up my hire car at Santander airport, I was asked to pay an additional small fee of 50cents/day 'environmental contribution'. I queried it with the company (Keddy/Europcar) and was told everyone pays it. It was only 5.45 euro, so I paid it. On return to UK, I submitted a review in which this small extra charge was mentioned. Zest read it, then contacted me, confirmed I had already paid at time of booking and investigated on my behalf. They secured me a refund from Europcar without the need for me to do anything further. Excellent service indeed. Incidentally car was excellent (brand new!), pick up and drop off also very good.

This was the 4th time we’ve used Zest
This was the 4th time we’ve used Zest. Always great service. When I noticed the price had dropped they were happy to change my booking. With the additional insurance booked through Zest when we collect our car in Murcia from Centauro Plus there are no extras to pay and everything is very efficient. Would always use for car rental and recommend to friends and family

I hadn’t rented a car for a long time
I hadn’t rented a car for a long time. So when I was going to Spain on holiday and needed a car a started to look at car hire and it confused me and worried me as so many people we saying so many different things about the different car hire companies. Then I came across Zest, I’d never heard of a car hire broker before but I am so glad I choose to hire my car through them. The service was excellent they helped me get the right car at a great price. Add to this I had the reassurance of knowing if I had a problem in Spain I could if needed contact them. I will definitely use Zest again and am already recommending them to my friends and family. An excellent service from an excellent team.

Zest make it easy
Zest are the easiest and normally the cheapest car rental guys out there. Also handy you can hold the car with a small refundable deposit. The car we got was excellent, as was the service. We will use both companies involved again in the future

Easy online purchase / poor location instruction
Easy online Zest purchase. But they give poor location instruction! If you are collecting from Corfu airport and using “Let’s Drive” the shop is a 5min walk (left as you come out arrivals A. Stay on this footpath. Cross the busy main road. They are opposite the main junction). The shop is signed a ‘Car Wizz’ and they are middle of a row of other car hire shops. Staff locally were really great.

Everything organised and in place on arrival at Movida Car Rentals. Pick and return of vehicle dealt with quickly and efficiently. Staff were very friendly and helpful. No problem with the vehicle.
