Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Arrived on time. Only thing that could be better would be to survey where the telegraph post was in relationship to my property, across the road. Easily done on Google Street View. That would have saved waiting for the cherry picker to arrive. The instalation team did the inside work but then had to come back 3 hours later when the cherry picker arrived.

Your customer service is great. Telephoned with a problem got through straight away to UK based help (Rochdale) problem sorted quickly and some extra equipment arrived next morning. Brill. Very neat and easy to install modem with fantastic how to do video help online. Not expensive nor the cheapest but by far the best.

I am a new customer ...RZ to identify me for genuine review at Zen. This is my first day of usage and already, the system is proving that I made the wrong decision to chose Zen over a larger more reputable company. I wanted to support national, small medium businesses, alas, what I was promised was simply a dream. I was promised 100mbps and upwards of 50 mbps at minimum on WiFi. The reality is that I am getting 14 upload speed, 11 download speed that is less than half of what I had with my old provider. Notwithstanding, i paid less monthly with my old provider that I will be looking to reinstate ASAP. I am therefore unsure where the positive reviews are generated from. I have searched where I can upload a picture to show exactly my experience from speedtest. Furthermore, the Internet is intermittent when changing rooms. This is unacceptable and does not meet the contractual obligations Zen had set out. Also, it makes me question how genuine the positive reviews are.... To Zen, we have spent an hour trying to reset brand new router, conducted tests etc(ref Denzel). Miss-selling a product and its performance is simply unethical and I would like to speak about it. The references above are enough to locate me.

Had no issues, and been with Zen for over a year now. It's not necessarily the cheapest but super reliable.

The wifi is not stable, it fluctuates in and out and I have tried to reboot it but it doesnβt make any difference. I am on a contract that is meant to be super fast but it never reaches its supposed capacity. I have tried to speak to someone at Zen but they donβt take much notice of the issue, have also sent various emails but they never respond. Quite a lot of money for not a great service.

I rated it 3 star because it took 2 months from date of order until the line became active. The problem was caused by Open Reach having problems identifying a way of connecting their fibre cable to my house. Once Open Reach performed Zen had the system active in two days. They had also kept me informed of their dealings with Open Reach on a regular basis.
