New fibre

Purchase, installation and setup was easy. Slight hurdle in automatically confirming my broadband details for setting up my own router but the help team sorted it asap

Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

You may need help to connect to a Ring Doorbell, otherwise great.

The installation was quick and clean and the engineers were on time and efficient. The only reason that I haven't given a perfect score is that initially, the router didn't connect with my Ring Doorbell. Fortunately, my son, who has far more knowledge and expertise in IT that I, was able to do the necessary reconfiguration of the router. Everything is now working perfectly.

Very quick but disappointed

Very quick, efficient and friendly service. I was disappointed that I couldn't have my new router in the spot in the house that I wanted it. My friends had all had their routers located centrally in their house, but I was told that they were now limited to putting the router as near as possible to the entry into my house.

I feel that Zen is a company that wants to do its best for its customers. From the moment I made contact everything about my installation was made clear to me and on the day itself the engineer was extremely courteous and explained all steps that needed to be carried out. Since then, I have confidence that I have a broadband service that I can rely on.
