Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Quick and easy to switch to Zen

Quick and easy to switch to Zen, placed the order and they took care of the rest, including cancelling Sky broadband. Customer service so far is great and speed of connection is exactly what was promised.

Brilliant and efficient service from Zen

I used Zen based on the regular recommendations of Which? magazine. At the time I was with BT and Zen achieved in 7 days (installing super fast broadband) what BT said they couldn't do at all! Since then I have had trouble free fast connection.

Delighted and thoroughly recommend πŸ‘πŸ»

I found the whole process of changing broadband provider easy and straightforward. Had concerns about changing and looking back should have made the switch sooner. Great communication from Zen, installation was excellent and I learned that Zen provide full fibre to the house, previous supplier mislead me and it’s copper cables from the street box to the house. Delighted πŸ˜€
