Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Zen sign on process
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Zen Internet - Exceeding Expectations
Early days but so far I'm more than impressed with Zen. I was with VM for over 20 years and the connection simply degraded over time and fluctuated so much that most of the time I was getting 40-60% of the advertised speed. I fully understand that many things can affect speed but for me, VM are oversubscribed and offer shocking customer service. Not so Zen Internet. Their FttP connection is rock solid, the speed is consistent (both up and down), and there seems to be little variation regardless of what time of day I check peak speeds. I have also been impressed by Zen's customer service. The few times I've contacted them, I've managed to speak to people who are knowledgeable and helpful. So early days, but I'm very pleased with the service so far.

My experience was good
My experience was good, smooth straight forward installation of hub and fibre. Eero 7 Max setup was ok however I did run into issues with the content filtering blocking things it shouldn't but that is more a refection on the amazon eero product rather than the general service of Zen which has been great so far. City Fibres installation team was also very good.

Great Value.
I have been with ZEN Internet for some time. The reason I left my previous supplier was the "Mid-Contract price increases". Zen promised never to copy this bad practice, and also competed with other providers with prices. The service they have provided me over the last year or so has been trouble free. Try them, you will not regret it.

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED. For reliability of service, hassle free, excellent customer service are important factors and Zen exceeds all of these requirements. A competitively priced service from a company that has been in the business since the Internet first arrived in the mid-1990's. As opposed to most other providers who have jumped on the Internet bandwagon.
