Zen Internet - Exceeding Expectations
Early days but so far I'm more than impressed with Zen. I was with VM for over 20 years and the connection simply degraded over time and fluctuated so much that most of the time I was getting 40-60% of the advertised speed. I fully understand that many things can affect speed but for me, VM are oversubscribed and offer shocking customer service. Not so Zen Internet. Their FttP connection is rock solid, the speed is consistent (both up and down), and there seems to be little variation regardless of what time of day I check peak speeds. I have also been impressed by Zen's customer service. The few times I've contacted them, I've managed to speak to people who are knowledgeable and helpful. So early days, but I'm very pleased with the service so far.
