Looking for contract end date
Have had more outages in the sixteen months with Zen than three (3) years with BT. customer services although polite and well meaning are unable to do anything about loss of internet and just quote "we have up to three (3) days" to fix it. Originally went to Zen for full fibre but were unable to supply via City Fibre without major disruption in digging up my drive despite telling me they could use existing infrastructure, ended up with a second rate service
