Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Called Zen to inform them that i will be moving out of my premises and i wish to cancel my subscription as of 05th June 2025. I received confirmation, date to be cancelled 05/06/2025 by email. 20 minutes later they disconnected my service. I am appalled how INCOMPETENT they can be. I am still going to be living here for 20 days, WITHOUT internet, CCTV and alarm. I will defintley not use Zen or recommend this company to anyone.
Started off for some reason the order was cancelled by Zen by mistake, then re-issued, 1st delay. 1st engineer fitted equipment and said he could not wait for system to work and would come back and check, of course he did not After 5 weeks, 2 routers, two engineers and third engineer never turned up, rung or apologized. by this time I had had enough and cancelled everything.Despite receiving many e-mails saying how did we do, and you are now up and running, absolute rubbish company and would not use them or recommend them to anyone
Had a fault-free & reliable service since joining Zen. Only ever had to contact Zen when my contract was due to run out, and needed to renew (and ask about a possible cheeky discount on contract renewal, which I got, thanks!!). Replies always swift, friendly and extremely efficient. Zen is the absolute dog's dangly bits of Internet providers and customer service :)

The equipment was provided in good time and installation proceeded on the planned date. This is a hands on job needing some technical knowledge. The basic internet provision is fairly simple, involving moving cables from existing equipment to new. Written instructions provided are brief but adequate, but include an error if connecting a DECT phone If taking the phone service, there is a lack of written information and requires searching online. Also, the setup differs between analogue and DECT phones. I had to seek advice from Zen Technical staff on a number of occasions getting through by phone was very difficult as lines were so busy. Information was online, but time consuming to find, when contact to a person would be preferable. The service was not as good as Zen boast
Very happy with the service from Zen. I had an issue with the courier not delivering my box, but they sent a replacement that arrived the next day in time for the engineer to install.
