Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

I moved to Zen based on Which reports and have been with them for nearly 20 years now. Reliability was crucial because I always worked from home to some extent, and they never let me down. Now I'm on a lifetime price so I won't be giving that up!
There customer service is second to none.
Paying £65 a month for a 1600Mbps connection with Zen Internet? Sounds amazing, right? You’d think you’re about to experience lightning-fast speeds across your entire setup. Well… not quite. Zen proudly gives you a “free” Eero Pro 6E router with your plan — very generous. Except there's one tiny detail they forget to mention upfront: this shiny little box has a single 2.5Gbps input port for your connection… and all of its output (LAN) ports? You guessed it — limited to 1Gbps. So unless you plan on downloading movies directly into the router’s imagination, you’re stuck at 1Gbps on ethernet. Yes, even though you’re paying for 1600Mbps. Want to actually use what you’re paying for via ethernet? Zen’s got a solution — you can rent another modem from them! Brilliant, isn’t it? Let’s recap: I pay £65 a month, they promise me 1600Mbps, but the hardware they provide can’t deliver that speed over ethernet — unless I pay extra. Honestly, it’s impressive how creatively misleading this is. In 2025, I’d expect a bit more transparency — or at least a router that doesn’t bottleneck my entire connection. If you're thinking of switching to Zen for the ultra-fast speeds, just know you’ll need to jump through a few (paid) hoops to actually experience them. Great internet, shady tactics.
Everything was so easy from day one. Installers were friendly and knowledgeable and answered all questions. I like the fact that Zen keep in contact with you and keep you informed on everything, especially when the next payment will be due.
Amanda was an amazing representative after a 2 and a half hour phone with Virgin Media, she was patient, kind and an overall pleasure to chat with about my needs and everything that Zen provides as a whole. She even called me back when the system crashed and she had to input my order manually, to save me waiting around whilst she did it. Amazing work and a great end to a 5 hour nightmare!
