Changed from a different provider due to Cost

Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy

Zen sign on process

Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to…

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Great experience with ZEN

After a terrible experience with another mainstream provider, the relief of being with a company that does what it says it will do is enormous.. they answer the phone and put you through to get the right help. Even the 'hold' music is tolerable! Good zen ZEN..

I’m really happy with Zen great service

I’m really happy with Zen. I have great speeds. The price is great and I like the fact that the price isn’t going up as all the other providers do every year.. they kept me informed all the way through on the migration process. So I’m saving money and I have a better speed than my previous provider. If there was only one thing I feel that they shouldn’t do is offer the Eero WiFi 7 max routers for as standard if you’re having a 1.6GB connection as the Wi-Fi 6E Eero router can not get the 1.6gb speed and is capped to 987mb. It’s not really a major issue for me as I’ve used my own router, but I would’ve liked to have tried the Eero Max 7 and would have probably kept using it but I didn’t want to tie down to an extra £10 a month for it. Apart from that, I cannot knock Zen I am very happy with the service I am getting and the speed are fantastic

Very helpful and efficient

I phone Zen to enquire about reducing my costs. I got straight through to a real person who handled my call well, gave me helpful information and then followed through quickly with the details on an email. It was good customer service.

Very happy with Zen

Very happy with Zen now it's all set up. Not sure why I was told they had to arrange fibre installation when it was already installed, but I persevered to get it straightened out.

Painless Move

Painless from start to finish. Virgin Media were putting up prices and getting hold of them to haggle virtually impossible. Zen installation smooth & quick at decent price. Leaving Virgin also very painful & difficult, Zen easily contactable for any queries.

Exceptional

I have only had one occasion in a decade+ to need the customer support, and they were stellar. It's a touch more expensive, but you get what you pay for.
