Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

It’s all about reliability and support when things go wrong (not often and always an external problem), and Zen’s customer support is legendary.
I have been with Zen for one full contract period and renewed on the same terms. From initial contact through installaltion and daily use I have had no problems whatsoever. About as much as you can ask of any service provider. So - full marks.
Signal is bad I live in a bungalow and I can't watch prime without it stopping it keeps saying your tv isn't connected to the Internet and the land line has never worked that could be my own fault. When your engineers set it up they need to make sure that everything works. Thanks Zen for your swift response,problem solved
Haf 2 issues in the first week. Had a period of more than 24 hours without internet and was offered £4 compensation then £10. Not great in the first time of using internet by city fibre. My phone still doesn’t automatically connect when I come in the house so a little disgruntled however when I ring up the staff are very polite and helpful. Will think twice when I renew again
So far so good. My Zen broadband services were installed on the 23rd May. I cannot fault the customer services. All the people that I dealt with on different occasions were very patient and helpful, explaining what was to be done prior to installaton and allaying my fears. Also they were consistent, not like a previous company I dealt with. The other thing is the prices were very reasonable indeed and the broadband is running very well.. I will update as neccessary. I've had no issues in nearly one year with Zen internet. I've only had to call them once for a technical fault, which wasn't their issue, the builders managed to damage our fibre cable. I got through to a British call centre and a guy who understood all the issues and sorted it first time. After the experience with my last provider, this was a refreshing experience. Great customer service and won't be looking to use any other provider from now on.
Moving house and wanted to stay with Zen as I've found their customer service and broadband supply over the last five years to be excellent. Spoke with HollyW in the Residential Installed Base and she explained options for new property. I have no hesitation continuing with Zen and was pleased with the customer service today.
I had Zen installed on Friday 14/6/25. Installation went very smoothly. Unfortunately I had a technical glitch with my broad band connection shortly after the installation. However this was dealt with very efficiently and sorted by Zen technical support who were excellent. Since then my broad band has been running very well. The customer service and general communication has also been excellent. Zen are very worthy of my 5 star rating. Thanks.
