Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP
The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and it’s always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Moving over to Zen was quick and easy. I spoke to a representative because I wasn’t sure which package was best for me (as I work from home for most of the week). She recommended the basic package, she didn’t try to sign me up for a more expensive one. They contacted my old supplier. The installation of the box inside my house and the setting up of the router was fast and fuss free and in the almost 3 weeks I’ve been with Zen I’m confident I made the right choice.
Issues with my installation. Spoke to Zen explaining issue. They got me to respond to an email and send photos. I did this but they did nothing when I chased they told me to contact Openreach directly. Would have been quicker if they had said this in the first place. Issue unresolved at present.
Took too long to transfer from SKY caused by problem transferring digital voice. This meant I was paying both SKY and Zen for the broadband. Still waiting for Zen to sort out compensation. Also got dozens of messages every day saying IPv6 connection problem. Rang Zen about this and they blamed SKY. Turns out that router was not set up correctly for IPv6 which I have now done using Tunnel option. Why on earth did Zen technical support not know this!!
Dealt with Zen for over 10 years in business and at home. The service has always been superb. Hardly any downtime at all (and none in 3 years so far) but if so Support is UK based and always easy to speak to, and very helpful. Please don't ever farm it out overseas. Maintain quality!
Very efficient customer service and installation.
Misadvised multiple times regarding my order and date it’s going to be installed. Cancelled previous provider based on this information ended up having to buys loads of data bundles. Promised calls backs which never came went to cancel and had an email saying they will offer me 20% off for 12 months, then when I rang was advised this was offered in error. Not great service for the price you pay
I've been using Zen Internet since the 1990's. Hardly any problems.
My internet life has been mainly trouble free since being pointed in the direction of Zen some 12 plus years ago. Any problems encountered have been resolved immediately by a quick phone call to actual IT experts rather than call centre novices. I would, and do, recommend Zen Internet to everyone but neighbours are being lured into cheap fast speed packages from others, prices which double after a certain period.
