Great customer service
So far so good. My Zen broadband services were installed on the 23rd May. I cannot fault the customer services. All the people that I dealt with on different occasions were very patient and helpful, explaining what was to be done prior to installaton and allaying my fears. Also they were consistent, not like a previous company I dealt with. The other thing is the prices were very reasonable indeed and the broadband is running very well.. I will update as neccessary. Thanks
