This is the only internet provider I'll use
I've had no issues in nearly one year with Zen internet. I've only had to call them once for a technical fault, which wasn't their issue, the builders managed to damage our fibre cable. I got through to a British call centre and a guy who understood all the issues and sorted it first time. After the experience with my last provider, this was a refreshing experience. Great customer service and won't be looking to use any other provider from now on.
