Had 2 issues in the first week
Haf 2 issues in the first week. Had a period of more than 24 hours without internet and was offered £4 compensation then £10. Not great in the first time of using internet by city fibre. My phone still doesn’t automatically connect when I come in the house so a little disgruntled however when I ring up the staff are very polite and helpful. Will think twice when I renew again
