Changed from a different provider due to cost. Didn't expect the Internet to be this slow. Tried cancelling within the two week "cooling off" period. They said it was only from the date of order, rather than date of delivery. Not happy
Zen sign on process
Daniel, took me through the process. He was polite, professional and knowledgeable. Despite the process not being straightforward in my case he guided me throughout without a hitch. I'm looking forward to having Zen as my ISP

The very fact that I never have to think about my service or the speeds tells me I have a five star consistent connection to the internet, I have been with Zen for a good few years now and itβs always been the same, five star, excellent speeds and great pricing.

Zen, totally reliable internet provider...
Zen have proven to be a totally reliable and co-operative internet supplier. They changed my payment date forward to the 1st of the month as requested (all my bills get paid on that day so I can see how poor this Government have made this pensioner each month.)

Great Service with no interruption
I have been with Zen Internet since April 2024 on the City Fibre network. The internet has not gone down once in all that time, it has been consistently 900Mbps. This sort of service is essential when 2 of us work from home and we have 2 kids using the internet to the full, gaming, youtube etc. I would highly recommend Zen Full Fibre to anyone that is looking for a consistent reliable service.

Recommended by Which was a good start! I rang Zen, having had a long and dreadful time with another well-known supplier of TV and Broadband, and hoped that I could obtain a service that allowed me to access the internet with no problems. The service from, both the people I spoke to on the phone, and the Broadband itself has been excellent. Initial queries were dealt with patiently, the service was installed and I have found it trouble free. I am no expert with technology so I am pleased and relieved that when I need to use the Broadband for home shopping and so on, it is instantly available to me. I feel all the safer for that as reliability is, for me, crucial. I'm very happy with the, very non-intrusive or pushy, service.
