Zamplebox has always been great to me. Sometimes the boxes come a bit slow but for the most part, i like them.
I was a long time user that canceled my subscription because they kept sending me a flavor I had already rated 1 star.... TWICE! So then I can't review for like 6 months and they kept effing sending this flavor. I have maybe 5 bottles of this gross liquid that made me vomit. Do NOT recommend.
Staff are friendly and quick to answer my questions. I am super happy with my first box that came pretty quick! I love all the flavors that I got! Definitely will be keeping this subscription!
Buyer BEWARE. Absolutely terrible customer service. I was simply checking out the website & creating my profile incase I wanted to buy anything. Somehow I accidentally purchased a box and I immediately cancelled it. The money was still taken out of my bank. I tried for days to get in contact with someone, I called MULTIPLE times, texted, left voicemails and even used the live chat & still wasn’t able to get ahold of anyone. Finally I get an email from them that simply says “we received your request for a refund” okay?? A few days go by and still no refund. Today I check my mail & they sent the box, after I EXPLICITLY asked them NOT to ship my box. On top of all of this, the flavors are all basically the same -.- I don’t recommend you use this service. Support your local vape shop or use Ejuice.com. Honestly. Terrible experience.

Was a little skeptical at first, but with my flavor profile, they did an epic job... I've gotten 2 12 bottle boxes, and so far have only came across 2 flavors that I didn't particularly care for... but with those prices, I can handle that lol my kid will use those... I will never have to go to another vape store as long as they are in business!
Shipping takes forever, and the customer service is terrible. Take your business elsewhere

Great experience, I don't have to worry about running out of juice and buying more mid week. Customer service is great and able to handle my questions when starting. Flavors are great and can always expect great taste.
Ordered sample box and so far have asked for updates on shipping from customer service twice with no response. If this is how the company conducts business will definitely be cancelling future boxes...if you want any timely response or shipping this is obviously not a company to use.
ALL the flavors were very bad and tasteless
The flavor variety is amazing. I had to contact customer service about shipping and they were super helpful. It is also super nice you have option to send box now incase you run out of juice.
Vape juices are just average and it takes 2-3 weeks at times for box to arrive. Blamed on the holiday rush however the holidays are over and even if it is holiday rush hire more employees or give 5.00 credit. It is not customers fault your company is having delays but we must go buy more vape juice due to my package delays.

My wife ordered a subscription for me at the highest level offered from zamplebox. She was charged in the beginning November for the first box. Waited awhile nothing showed up. She contacted customer service around the 23rd and they say it's been delivered. Still no box. Tried to work with customer service to get a refund or a box sent, I've had confirmation of delivery before with nothing delivered. Customer service says no refund no box. Complete scam, these folks will charge you for nothing and refuse to refund if anything goes wrong. Will not try to do business with a scam artist in the future.
I was a Zamplebox subscriber for many years, back in the day when their customer service was excellent. I only make the occasional order now, as Japan has strict e-liquid regulations (max of 120ml per month). Placed a 120ml order almost 2 weeks ago now, but received no e-mail confirmation of either my order or my payment. Their website just says "processing order". I left messages repeatedly in their online chatbox and also reached out a few times via e-mail but absolutely zero communication. But, the story ends well: Despite the lack of communication my order arrived today - completely unexpectedly, so a big thumbs up to Zamplebox. They can still be relied upon to deliver the goods.
Fast shipping great customer service, and the flavors are the best I have tryed. Love having the option of trying new flavors ever month at a great price. All around great experience with zampleBox
I used a free shipping promo code and it was only applied for the first month. When I tried to renter it on their website under "PROMO CODE" it said I had to have items in checkout and would not take the code. They also sent me 1 little tiny Tootsie Roll and put it on the invoice under the flavors as Halloween Candy. When I addressed this issue with customer service they did not answer me on that topic they instead they said that the one piece of candy was the Halloween bonus. With $13 shipping added each month the service is more expensive than the others out there and most of the juices I received were very low end(Made in China type stuff). The website also says Preparing Your Order with no tracking # given.
