Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Ongoing issue where I cannot update my card details through the app and although not resolved Hannah has been supporting. Very friendly, clear and professional even taking the time to contact me with updates, testing fixes and work arounds. This is great support as I know the issue is still being investigated and I haven't been forgotten and it has allowed my correct account to be charged at the end of the month. Lost one star as the issue is ongoing but the support had been top 5/5. Update (24/03/24): Payments not being taken automatically since card details were updated and there is an overcharge on my bill. Have been emailing regularly and used the Web chat but not only has it not been resolved I have had 0 contact back. Honestly the worst customer service iv ever dealt with.

Painful experience on the chat section of the app. Have been dealing with Josh. I cancelled my contract and refund received however my account is still live on the app with my card details. I have asked them to delete these details but can’t get Josh to confirm (been on chat over an hour now, have explained that I’m unable to talk in person at the moment) So frustrating when all I need is for it to be deleted. Should take minutes instead of hours!

Great customer service Answered the call in a few mins, spoke to a girl Sharon I believe, I had a few questions on billing as a new customer and she explained everything clearly. Very good first experience

I was confused about a recent deduction from my bank account and this was explained clearly and politely to me. Also a problem I was having signing in to my account was clarified and corrected by Sharon, so a mist satisfying contact with your company.
