Ongoing issue where I cannot update my card details through the app and although not resolved Hannah has been supporting. Very friendly, clear and professional even taking the time to contact me with updates, testing fixes and work arounds. This is great support as I know the issue is still being investigated and I haven't been forgotten and it has allowed my correct account to be charged at the end of the month. Lost one star as the issue is ongoing but the support had been top 5/5. Update (24/03/24): Payments not being taken automatically since card details were updated and there is an overcharge on my bill. Have been emailing regularly and used the Web chat but not only has it not been resolved I have had 0 contact back. Honestly the worst customer service iv ever dealt with.
