Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

As a company Yuno energy seems amateurish in their dealings with customer service and disorganised overall. The app is unfit for purpose and genuinely makes managing energy usage more stressful. Sadly, it took my writing a poor review to have a long standing complaint solved. However, once the review had been published, my complaint was solved almost immediately and in a fair and appropriate manner. Would I sign up for Yuno energy again, knowing what I know now? I doubt it very much, but I do have hopes that they will improve going forward.
DOT NOT JOIN THIS PROVIDER, AVOID HEADACHES. I don't ever take time to make a complain about companies, but I'm feeling I was scammed right now by this company, they claim a very cheap price per unit but in reality this is just an illusion, they say they have an advanced pay system which they predict your next bill, so in reality you will never pay what you actually consumed, they will always overcharge you with the excuse it is a prediction for the next bill, and their bills is a mess impossible to understand is actually made for you don't understand what you are paying. I'm right now paying way more expensive than I used to pay in electric Ireland and the price per unit here should be like 30% cheaper.
The call was answered immediately, by a competent and pleasant lady. The query was resolved straight away, all good.
I made a once off payment of €76:57 as requested. However, it then went on to ask for an outstanding amount of €0.1. One cent!! I called a Yuno agent, Richard, he was most helpful and understood the issue. He assured me that it would be okay to leave it until the next billing period and it would be sorted then.
Very difficult initial start with YUNO energy, eventually problems are solved . Kudos to they guys that deal with complaints which happen with every new start up .They were professional all the way through, thank you to Emanuella and Sharon especially.
Customer service is very good, friendly and helpful lady answered the phone and was very polite and patient as l am not very good with technology.

They overcharged me month on month. I raised a complaint with the Yuno complaints department, I provided detailed evidence of the overcharging, and nothing was done about it. They ignore most emails that are sent to them. I had to change energy provider and I'll be lodging a complaint with the energy regulator. Avoid this company at all cost.
