Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !
Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

3 months this time how long I can stay with this company I prefer to pay 50 euro exit fee then stay with them predictions are crazy,pay more then was on my previous supplier and unit rate was 20% higher,customer service is the worst i sing the contract with another supplier 2 weeks before payment date and they chrage full amount with crazy predictions an refund I will get in 30 working days unbelievable how this company work

I've had no negative experience with Yuno however I'm beginning to get very frustrated with their bills. They are very difficult to understand so you don't know what you've been charged for and why. I also can't figure out what credit (if any) is in my account. I'd like a bill that is telling you exactly what you owe. The whole billing process would make me reconsider the supplier I choose next year.
Aaaaand another month later, still no contact, Yuno. You have all my information, my phone number, everything. It has been 3 MONTHS IN TOTAL that I've been trying to get a call back. When I try to call myself, the line is either busy or none picks up.
Lot of mistakes from the start, found predicted bill not to work without a smart meter, predictions much too high. On one occasion nearly twice the predicted amount taken from my account but customer service people especially Constance great to deal with.
Constance was most helpful yesterday with my call. Polite, cheerful and most informative. Thank you very much Constance
