Awful customer service

Awful customer service, they started to take money from me on a day in the month that definitely didn’t suit me, refused to change the date. Took no responsibility for the mix up in dates, blamed me and the told me they will charge me €100 if I go to another provider. Avoid this bunch at all costs !

Yuno kept charging even after switching and bills were generated and still not able to resolve that issue and they debit money in advance and hard to get back the money

Customer care is quick to answer, only deals with your enquiry, no complicated jargon. Forecasted savings, and easy direct debit. Almost half the cost of standing charge when compared to prepay power. I will update as issues, good and bad, arise.
