Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over Β£200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Don't put cat litter down the toilet, see why ...

Enquiry regarding an advertisement for cat litter it stated you could put down the toilet, thought I best check before buying, so glad I did, Leanne at WY advised there are toxins in cat poo and it would cause blockages only the 3 p's are advised.

Wish they would re-form

Yorkshire Water has demonstrated poor account management practices, including leaving previous accounts open without notifying customers, resulting in unexpected charges. Their billing practices often appear unclear and may lead to additional costs that customers were not made aware of. Such behavior raises concerns about transparency and regulation, making it essential for improvements to be made. A more accountable and customer-focused approach is necessary to restore trust and ensure fair service. A new copetition, a new company is necessary here to opose Yorkshire Water in order to offer a healthy market. Zero Stars. Unless things improve in the future.

Great customer service via Messenger

I had a question on what to do about my mum's water bill due 1st April as she has gone into a care home and her house is in the process of being sold. I had a quick response from Kelly and then Catherine completed the query to my complete satisfaction.
