Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

No logic, unapologetically rude, money grabbing

*The response to my original review only addressed the agent, not the issues with your company. Your final response is now that you know if I have a leak or not over the phone and also that you know that there is nothing wrong with the meter from the other end of the phone. And are trying to keep the same price for one person in the house as when there were two people in the house!* £29 increase per month for a single person who is barley at home and there is no garden. Attempted to get a resolution, however the agent, Hasan, was less than empathetic. He was sarcastic and rude and wasn't willing to offer any solution and telling me that there's nothing wrong with my meter from the other end of the phone and telling me that it's my responsibility to have it checked, so my only alternative is to pay all this money per month! The phone lines were all dead apart from the one on the website listed as "emergency" which is strangely convenient around the time where everyone is fuming about the price increase! There are customers who's meters are making noises when not in use and mine is a meter. You're obviously on the fiddle and you're customer service is absolutely rubbish.

Absolutely Shocking Negligence from…

Absolutely Shocking Negligence from Yorkshire Water – URGENT ACTION NEEDED I’m beyond furious with how Yorkshire Water has handled this situation. My home has been flooded for over 10 days, and despite multiple calls, zero action has been taken. I’ve made it crystal clear to them that I have two young children, aged 3 and 4, living in this house. The stench is disgusting, the environment is hazardous, and the risk to my children’s health is real. Even worse, this ongoing water issue is now posing a serious threat to the structural integrity of my home — the foundation is at risk! Every single time I called, I was fed the same empty promise: “Someone will call you back and visit the property.” That’s now happened repeatedly for over a week and a half — no call, no visit, no fix. Just complete silence while we live like this. I’ve attached photos of the current state — this is not safe, not acceptable, and not something that should be ignored.
