No logic, unapologetically rude, money grabbing
*The response to my original review only addressed the agent, not the issues with your company. Your final response is now that you know if I have a leak or not over the phone and also that you know that there is nothing wrong with the meter from the other end of the phone. And are trying to keep the same price for one person in the house as when there were two people in the house!* £29 increase per month for a single person who is barley at home and there is no garden. Attempted to get a resolution, however the agent, Hasan, was less than empathetic. He was sarcastic and rude and wasn't willing to offer any solution and telling me that there's nothing wrong with my meter from the other end of the phone and telling me that it's my responsibility to have it checked, so my only alternative is to pay all this money per month! The phone lines were all dead apart from the one on the website listed as "emergency" which is strangely convenient around the time where everyone is fuming about the price increase! There are customers who's meters are making noises when not in use and mine is a meter. You're obviously on the fiddle and you're customer service is absolutely rubbish.
