Disgusting compamy

How on earth can Yorkshire Water possibly believe they are a good company. 21% water leakage. Polluting our rivers with sewage. Increasing our bills by over £200.00 per year. Still paying out bonuses and dividends to shareholders at our expense. I will vote for anyone who brings water companies back under being state run. To top it all off we have a hose pipe ban, I can't wash my car but I can pay someone else to do so. I can't wash my windows but I can pay someone else to do so, whats the difference? Yorkshire Water are you going to give everyone in Yorkshire a rebate?

Query of information needed about my bill.

I made a call to Yorkshire water to ask about some concerns I had. They were brilliant. Nothing was too much. Answered every question with excellent attention. Explaining all I needed to know. Can’t thank them enough. Fantastic.

YW know I suffer with my mental health and they always put me at ease,, every single member of staff that I have interacted with in the past has gone above & beyond for me every time,, they are now helping me pay my bill (arrears) the thing is they’re paying more of my debt than I am,, I could go on but I won’t 🤣A massive Thank you to every YW staff member from Darren in Doncaster ❤️🙏🏻🦆

Karen was amazing sorting out the online confusion between properties and talking the the assessed charge v a meter and advising why meter was not installed and overcoming this to gain an appointment

Operator did what he said he would do but could only apologise for the errors of the previous 2 members of staff I spoke with who failed to follow through what they said they would so causing me to have to ring and chase up, twice
